Monteagle Elementary is Fortunate to Have Community Support Renee McBee and Lisa Orange, representatives of Citizen’s Tri County Bank in Monteagle, provided a catered breakfast for the teachers and staff on the first in-service day of the school year. Jennifer Fults, representative from Mountain Valley Bank in Monteagle, along with other employees provided a catered lunch for teachers and staff on August 9th on a staff development day for teachers. On registration day, August 8, 2007, local banks provided community support for students returning to Monteagle Elementary. Citizen’s Tri-County employees, Pat Powell, Lisa Orange, and Josh Partin, and other bank employees gave blue piggy banks with their emblem on them to the students. Mountain Valley Bank also welcomed students back with apples, pens, pencils, and bottled water as they registered for their first day of school at Monteagle Elementary.
