Common Email Addresses and Distribution Lists In the old K12tn.net system there was an email address that forwards all mail to the school principals. In the new System we currently have 13 "Common Distribution List" setup and ready to run. These Lists are maintained on the server and update by themselves based on where the recipients work and their job. The Lists are: Central Office Email Sends the email to all recipients at Central Office. CTE Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Vocational Teachers. School Principals Email Sends the email to all Principals. Special Ed Email Sends the email to all Special Ed Teachers. Jasper Elem Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at JES. Jasper Middle Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at JMS. Marion County High School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at MCHS. Monteagle Elementary School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at MES. South Pittsburg Elementary School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at SPES. South Pittsburg High School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at SPHS. Whitwell Elementary School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at WES. Whitwell High School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at WHS. Whitwell Middle School Teacher's Email Sends the email to all Teachers at WMS. To use these lists: Start a new message, click on the "To…" button. You will then see the screen below. Make sure the "Find Names in:" field shows Global Address List. Then in the "Display Name" field type the first couple of letter of the distribution list you want to use and click Find. You will see a list of users and distribution lists. Click on the address one time and then click To at the bottom of the screen and then click close. Type your subject and body then click send. Back
