Starting with the 2005-2006 school year, the Technology Department will be requiring all Computer Related Work Orders to be submitted through an Online Form.

By requiring all Work Orders to be submitted through our Online Form, we hope to accomplish the following:

1. The form requires information vital to the Technology Department, which will help us complete Work Orders faster.

2. By having the information at hand before coming to your room, we will be able to bring any necessary software and/or parts that may be needed.

3. We will be able to create "Trending Reports" that will help us focus on common problem areas.

4. By having the information beforehand, we will be better able to plan our time and resources, which will help us to be more efficient.
